Yam Mask

This very fine Abelam woven yam mask from New Guinea has strong remains of the pigments yellow, black, rust and white. It has bulging eyes which give it a somewhat comical look. It dates to the mid-20th century, measures 16 1/2 inches high and comes with a custom stand. $650
