Feather Money



This is a feather stick from Santa Cruz, made from the feathers of small honey eaters. It was used as currency and was the basis of a complex trading and monetary system linking the islands in the Santa Cruz area. It measures 16" long, dates to the 20th century and comes with a lucite base. It sells for $350.0
